Crystal equipment maintenance method:
Step 1 Turn it on
Before powering on, the maintenance tray must be removed, the ink valve is in the closed state, push the car towards the machine platform a little, and then power on, and then open the ink valve after the car returns to the head of the machine to complete the reset, press the ink slightly, open the control software, and wait for about five minutes to start the painting work.
Special attention: the ink press is generally set for 3 seconds, the strength is L, and it can be pressed once.
Step 2 Turn it off
Close the valve before shutting down, use the control software to move the car to the maintenance table at the end of the machine, then power off and shut down, and then cover the maintenance tray with plastic wrap, put two pieces of non-woven fabric, pour an appropriate amount of cleaning liquid on it to wet, and finally seal the nozzle.
Non-woven fabrics and plastic wrap must be replaced daily.
3. Precautions
1 Car guide rail lubricating oil once a half month.
2 Do not place any scissors blades and other debris on the machine platform, and do not approach the machine platform during operation.
3 Pay attention to observe the use of ink bucket at any time, do not wait for completely out of ink before new ink. Ink must be replaced with new ink before it falls below 1/4.
4. If any software error occurs during the operation of the machine, take a photo and keep it and send it to the technical engineer.
5. Pay attention to the position of the paper on both sides during the drawing process.
6. Regularly clean up the waste ink and used non-woven fabrics around the ink station. Ensure that the computer can be connected to the Internet at any time and install software remotely.
7. Keep the appearance of the machine clean and tidy, and check whether the ground ground is intact at any time.
8. Keep the computer system clean and tidy, do not install non-work related software, and clean the hard disk space frequently to ensure that there is enough spare hard disk space.
9. Consult the technical engineer of the company for related matters not covered.
Sprinkler maintenance
1. Oily sprinkler heads need to inject moisturizing liquid or cleaning liquid into the ink blotting pad of the sprinkler head to completely seal the ink blotting pad and the sprinkler head, and tie up the ink tube of the ink pad to prevent liquid leakage

UV machine sprinkler maintenance
1.
